Humans have advanced to reach the longest distance in the shortest possible time but they seldom probe their own mind and assess the topography of one’s shortfalls and thought processes. A journey inwards is the key to leading a happy and blissful life.
This module enables participants to take the journey inwards and know about their own self, the origin of stress, anxiety, and hurdles of mind. It makes participants realize that stress and anxiety are self-inflicted and not inflicted by situations and people around them.
